Miller, 30, is accused of breaking into an occupied home, a crime that carries a possible 25-year jail sentence. 

A criminal charge of petty larceny against the Hollywood star could result in up to a year in jail.

Miller, who has appeared in films like as "The Flash," made an early-morning appearance in Bennington Superior criminal court via video link from their lawyer's office in Burlington.

Miller was represented by defense lawyer Lisa Shelkrot of the firm Langrock, Sperry & Wool, who entered a not guilty plea on his or her behalf.

Miller was granted permission to stay out of jail by Superior Court Judge Kerry McDonald-Cady

 under the condition that he refrain from getting in touch with the people who live in the house they are accused of breaking into and stay away from it.

According to an earlier story by VTDigger, Miller is suspected of breaking into a home on County Road in Stamford on May 1 and stealing alcohol.
