After Marquise "Hollywood" Brown left the game with a foot injury on Sunday, the Cardinals' floundering offense lost some depth at wide receiver.

Brown suffered an injury in the fourth quarter as he was unable to intercept a Kyler Murray throw from the Seahawks' 6-4 cornerback Tariq Woolen.

Woolen appeared to land on Brown's leg after grabbing the interception.

Brown had five receptions for 68 yards in the 19-9 defeat but did not return to the game

After the game, Brown told the media that the results of the X-rays were negative, which is good news for his future health.

The Sporting News then assesses Brown's injury status and anticipated time away for the balance of the season:

Early on Monday morning, Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that Brown's injury might be season-ending:

Brown is still undergoing testing, and Schefter cautioned that a more specific diagnosis will probably be made at that point

Later, Brown sustained a minor fracture that wouldn't require surgery to fix, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com. His claimed absence is six weeks.
