According to the Elkhart County Sheriff's Department, U.S. Rep. Jackie Walorski (R-2nd District) died in an automobile accident on Wednesday in Elkhart County.

Three additional people were killed in the accident. Northbound traffic struck the Walorski vehicle

Walorski was not alone in the car at the time; Zach Potts and Emma Thomson, both 27 years old, also perished in the collision.
