Parents Monty Lopez and Sheri Easterling trained Addison Rae Easterling in Lafayette, Louisiana. Enzo and Lucas Lopez, Rae’s younger brothers, are brothers to him. Before getting remarried in 2017, Addison’s parents initially got divorced when she was a little kid and lived apart frequently throughout her childhood. Addison Rae joined TikTok in July 2019 and has 88.5 million followers. Since then, she has been posting dancing videos to popular music. She has been a member of The Hype House since its creation on TikTok in December 2019. Rae decided to quit LSU in November after gaining over a million followers on TikTok in a short period of time. According to Rae, “I know that’s when it changed for me,” in April 2020. “I was aware that I needed to take it more seriously and spread it over additional channels. I made a YouTube video and became quite active on Instagram.” Along with her parents, she signed a contract with the talent agency WME in January 2020.
In the same month, Addison and her mother, “Mama Knows Best,” launched a weekly podcast that was only available on Spotify. The program covered both their personal and professional lives.
