Paul Pelosi Biography. Paul Pelosi As the youngest boy in a family of three boys, Pelosi was born and reared in San Francisco. John Pelosi, a wholesale chemist, was his father. He graduated from Malvern Preparatory School in Pennsylvania and St. Ignatius High School, both in Pennsylvania. While pursuing his bachelor’s degree in foreign service at Georgetown University, he met Nancy D’Alesandro, the future wife of his life, who was enrolled at Trinity College, a Roman Catholic women’s university in Washington, D.C.  He received his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Since 2009, he has served as the Georgetown Foreign Service Board’s chair.

Pelosi and his wife have an estimated $114 million in personal wealth through the venture capital company they started and manage, Financial Leasing Services, Inc.
He had previously invested in the Oakland Invaders of the United States Football League and in 2009 paid $12 million for the California Redwoods of the United Football League.
Later, the Redwoods relocated to Sacramento where they took on the name Sacramento Mountain Lions.
In the summer of 2021, Pelosi’s success in stock trading garnered public attention, which prompted attempts to rigorously regulate individual stock ownership by members of Congress.

Pelosi was the driver of a car that was involved in an accident in 1957 while he was still a minor. David, his older brother, was a passenger in the vehicle and died in the collision; Pelosi was later cleared of misdemeanor manslaughter.
On September 7, 1963, at Baltimore, Maryland’s Cathedral of Mary Our Queen, Pelosi wed Nancy Pelosi (née D’Alesandro). Christine and Alexandra are among their five children. From 2007 until 2011, Nancy was the 52nd Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives. In 2019, she was elected Speaker once more.

After colliding with another vehicle at an intersection in Napa County in May 2022, Pelosi was taken into custody for DUI. In August 2022, Pelosi entered a guilty plea and was given a five-day jail term, a $6,800 fine and restitution, completion of a DUI program, and three years of probation.
In the wee hours of October 28, 2022, a burglar entered Pelosi’s San Francisco house and yelled loudly, “Where’s Nancy?” He then struck Paul Pelosi with a hammer. While Pelosi was being treated for blunt force trauma at the hospital, the suspect was placed into police custody. Pelosi underwent head surgery following the assault and is anticipated to fully recover. Although Nancy was in Washington, D.C. at the time of the attack, the attacker requested to see her as soon as they entered the home. The suspect’s motivation is still an open question. The 42-year-old guy was accused of attempting to kill someone.
